Season Overview

• Regular Season: May 18 – August 17, 2026
• Playoffs: August 18 until completion
• Players: 24 total (12 Expert, 12 Intermediate)
• Matches per player: 9 (5 within division, 3 cross-division, 1 interleague)

Match Format

• Regular season: 1 set to 8 games (must win by 2). Tied at 8-8 → 10-point tiebreaker.
• Interleague: Intermediate player starts each game at 15-0. Earns 1 bonus point per game won vs. expert.
• Playoffs: Standard ATP format — first to 2 sets. 6-6 tie in any set → 7-point tiebreaker.

Designated Courts

Official matches must be played at one of these downtown London courts:

Exception: if both players have transportation and agree, you may play elsewhere. Championship matches must be at one of the seven parks.

Playoff Seeding & Bracket

• All 12 players in each league make the playoffs.
• Division winners are seeded 1 and 2; remaining players ranked by record.
• Seeds 1–4: First-round bye
• First round matchups: 8 vs 9 · 5 vs 12 · 7 vs 10 · 6 vs 11
• Quarterfinals: 1 vs (8/9) · 4 vs (5/12) · 2 vs (7/10) · 3 vs (6/11)
• Semifinals: A vs B bracket · C vs D bracket
• Championship: AB winner vs CD winner

Ground Rules

• Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
• Call balls in and out honestly.
• Foot faults should be called as faults.
• No-show within 30 minutes (without acceptable excuse) = 8-0 loss.
• Match prevented by weather/circumstance and not completed = counted as a tie (0.5 W each).
• Threatening or intimidating players = indefinite ban.
• Players not completing matches in a timely manner may be removed.

Prize Money

Registration fee: $20 non-refundable. Fees used for trophies and prize money.
